To buy or to rent, that is the question. Its an important question to investigate especially at this time when the rates are rumored to rise in 2014. Since we are on the Gold Coast of Jersey we fall into a hub of major cities with high rents and real estate prices. Currently in the Hoboken market there are ton of rentals on the market which could reflect that people are choosing to buy instead of renting.
