So, as summer quickly comes to an end and we gear up to usher in the Fall, I have decided to do a 3 day juice cleanse to kick start my return from Summer BBQ cuisine. Heavy foods like burgers and hot dogs, potato and macaroni salads, oh, and let's not forget about the drinking, have left me feeling less than great in recent weeks.
