Ok, so what exactly has changed? Keep reading for how we’ve shifted some aspects of our marketing to target serious buyers while following new protocol. 


Professional Listing Videos


Professional listing photos used to be the standard, but now videos are becoming increasingly important. Listing videos are short in length and highlight the most notable features of a property. Recording for a listing video can usually take place at the same time as photos.


Virtual Reality and 3D Tours


3D Tours allow interested parties to go through every room of the home from their computer. These self-guided tours allow potential buyers to spend as much time in each room as they want, focusing on details and getting a feel for each room’s size.

We can set up virtual showings for any interested party. During a virtual showing, your agent walks the potential buyer through the home using Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or FaceTime. Buyers can ask questions in real time. 


Zoom Open Houses


Zoom Open Houses have been a great asset to our sellers. We market the Virtual Open House to targeted audiences, driving them to a landing page where they sign up for a Zoom webinar. We then walk those in attendance through a home using the 3D tour (so not even your agent needs to be in your home for this!), explain more about the neighborhood, building, and unit. One benefit of Zoom Open Houses is those who tune in are serious qualified buyers - no looky-loos!


Private Showings

If potential buyers are still interested after seeing the property online, we can set up a safe, socially distanced private showing!


We’ve found the above steps help weed out people who aren’t interested or qualified before the opportunity to step foot in your home. This process keeps eyes on your property while limiting the number of people walking through.
