Hope your shopping season in going well - please think local!  There are buys to be had in Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, and Union City- even in the real estate market.   It is great time to think about buying a property as a home or an investment.

Don’t forget rates are still very low; I just refinanced myself.  Prices are going up and next year you will be paying more!!

So if you are thinking about buying, please let me know so I can set you up on an automatic search.  Inventory is moving fast.  Just like shopping for that perfect gift, shopping requires knowing the market.  So when the right thing some along, you are ready to go.

Also if you are thinking about selling your home, please let me know so I can setup up an automatic search to understand what is happening on the market.

Happy Shopping!!
