Not doing anything Tuesday night.. Come join Lauren Blumenfeld for a night on the town and support Hoboken YMCA.  This year more than 50 restaurants will take part in the “A Taste of Hoboken” fundraiser on Tuesday to benefit the North Hudson YMCA in Hoboken.The food, wine and spirits tasting event is to be held Tuesday on campus at Stevens Institute of Technology, from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Live music will be provided by Swingadelic.The annual fundraiser will include samples from numerous restaurants that populate the Mile Square City such as Amanda’s, Elysian Cafe, Bin 14, Anthony David’s, Court Street, Elysian Cafe, Hotel Victor Bar & Grill, Liberty House, The Cuban, Zafra, Cucharamana, Windmill, Turtle Club, Son of Cuban, Ultramarinos, Vito’s Deli, Margherita’s, Ben & Jerry’s, Hotel Victor, Liberty House, Maritime Parc, 340Grill and Madison Bar and Grill.
