3. You will need the tax rate and ratio for your specific city when calculating your figures. You can access that information at: http://www.hudsoncountytax.com/html/RatesRatios.aspx
4. Lastly, comps are the most important part of the tax appeal process. You will need to provide 5 comparable properties to establish market value and adjusted assessed value.
