She got her start on the operations side of a busy Illinois brokerage before earning her license and closing 15 sides in her first year and a half, including her own childhood home. A move to Tampa brought a Florida license, hands-on transaction experience, and a season training incoming agents across her district for Coldwell Banker Realty.
