Fulvio was born and raised in Milan, Italy, and has always been drawn to new experiences, new people, and new perspectives. After spending a few years in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, he eventually made his way to the U.S., where he now calls Jersey City home. He’s fluent in English, Italian, and French, and brings a distinctly international outlook to everything he does.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a master’s in Luxury Management. Before transitioning into real estate, Fulvio built his career at the senior and executive level with several of the world’s top watchmaking brands. That experience not only sharpened his eye for design and detail but also gave him a deep understanding of high-end service and what it takes to earn trust at the highest level.

Today, he brings that same precision and professionalism into real estate. He has a sharp, honest approach—what you see is what you get—and he’s known for being straightforward, focused, and fiercely determined to deliver results. For Fulvio, real estate is as much about relationships as it is about properties. He thrives on being a trusted guide through important decisions and loves helping clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Fulvio is especially passionate about Jersey City and Hoboken, where he sees the perfect balance of city energy and neighborhood warmth. He appreciates how the area keeps evolving—great restaurants, new developments, growing parks—without losing its community feel. Add in skyline views and a fast commute to Manhattan, and he’s convinced it’s one of the best places to be.

Outside of work, Fulvio enjoys walking around town with his dog, Dexter, discovering new restaurants, playing tennis, and traveling. He shares life’s adventures with his wonderful wife, Elena, whose love and support are at the heart of everything he does. A former club DJ at some of Italy’s top venues, Fulvio still enjoys playing sets at select events. He’s also a dedicated watch collector and horology expert, a self-proclaimed tech nerd, and a lifelong fan of video games and board games—especially when there’s a Dungeons & Dragons night involved
